These terms explain what is included, how payment works, and how delivered materials may be used. Last updated 7 July 2026.
Oakhampton Location Intelligence Packs are visual and analytical briefing materials for site, route, corridor, logistics, infrastructure, property and investment decisions. Deliverables may include PDF briefs, map plates, source notes, still images, video files, delivery links and related supporting material.
Our packs do not replace legal, planning, valuation, engineering, surveying, environmental, investment or safety advice. You should obtain professional advice before making decisions that require formal certification, statutory approval or regulated advice.
Fixed-price orders cover the package selected at checkout and the scope described on the order page. If the site, route, audience, usage rights, imagery requirement or source availability changes materially, we may recommend a revised scope before production continues.
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Paid imagery, aerial capture, premium data, third-party licence fees and additional audience versions may be quoted separately.
You must have the right to provide any files, photographs, drone footage, plans, GIS data, documents or other material you upload or send to us. We may decline to use material where rights, attribution or public-use permissions are unclear.
You may use delivered materials for the purpose and audience confirmed during intake. Public advertising, investor distribution, listing use or paid media may require additional source-rights checks before publication.
Delivery timing begins after payment, intake details and required source material are received. Delivery estimates are business-day estimates and may change where source availability, client material, imagery rights or review requirements affect production.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
