Major development / precincts / site comparison

Make the development decision easier to see.

Compare candidate sites, surface the constraints that matter and explain the location clearly to investors, boards, advisers and project teams.

The decision questions

What your team needs to know.

  1. 01Which sites best fit the proposed use and operating requirements?
  2. 02What planning, access, flood or infrastructure questions could change the decision?
  3. 03What changed around the site, and can that change be dated and sourced?
  4. 04How do we communicate the case without overstating what the evidence proves?

What we deliver

Useful evidence, in a form people can act on.

We separate observed facts, reasonable interpretation and unknowns. Specialist advice is commissioned where the decision requires it.

Site comparison

Like-for-like evidence and a clear account of trade-offs between shortlisted sites.

Maps and visual context

Annotated aerial or satellite plates and, where useful, a rights-checked 3D view.

Board-ready narrative

A concise recommendation, evidence register, unresolved questions and ordered next checks.

The right imagery for the question

Open data first. Higher resolution only when it changes the answer.

Public satellite data can show broad-area change, not parcel-level certainty. If archive or tasked imagery is needed, we check scene availability, capture date, resolution, cost and distribution rights before you approve it. We will say when no suitable scene exists.
