How we handle customer and project information.

We collect the information needed to scope, produce and deliver location intelligence packs. Last updated 7 July 2026.

Information we collect

  • Contact details such as name, company, email and phone number.
  • Project details such as site addresses, coordinates, route endpoints, audience, deadline and decision question.
  • Public assistant messages and any contact details you choose to provide in chat.
  • Files and materials you provide for production, including plans, imagery, reports, GIS files and notes.
  • Payment status and checkout references from Stripe. We do not store full card details.

How we use information

  • To scope, produce, quality-check and deliver your location intelligence pack.
  • To communicate about your order, delivery, revisions and support requests.
  • To maintain source ledgers, usage notes and delivery records.
  • To improve the service, site performance and product quality.
  • To identify enquiries that need human follow-up and respond using contact details supplied in chat.

Sharing

  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
  • Specialist data or imagery providers may be used where required for the selected scope.
  • We may share information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or to provide the service you ordered.
  • We do not sell client project information.

Retention and security

  • We retain order, source and delivery records for service continuity, audit and support.
  • Public assistant transcripts are retained for up to 30 days for quality review and human follow-up, unless a longer period is required for an active enquiry or by law.
  • Client delivery links are intended for the nominated recipient and should not be shared publicly unless the deliverable has been cleared for that use.
  • Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect project and customer information.
