Product · Site & Route Evidence

Annotated map plates and a decision brief for the site or route in front of you.

A client-ready PDF and a set of plates that show where the site is, how access works, what surrounds it and which constraints matter — with source notes and usage limits recorded alongside every claim.

Inside a pack

Six plate types, sequenced to answer a decision question.

Not every plate ships in every pack — the pack is shaped to the decision. A tenant pack leans on access, catchment and amenity; an infrastructure pack leans on route and constraints; an investor pack leans on precinct comps and settings.

Locator plate

The site in its precinct and city — orientation before any commercial framing.

Access & approach

Gate, driveway, hardstand, loading dock, service lanes and turn paths.

Route to market

Motorway, port, airport, rail and depot movement with route callouts.

Catchment rings

5 / 10 / 20 min drive-time or km rings against labour, customer or supplier catchments.

Constraints layer

Zoning, flood, easements, height, noise, contamination or biosecurity where the layer is verified.

Comparables (optional)

Nearby comparable assets, recent lease / sale evidence, vacancy benchmarks — where source is defensible.

Who this is for

Best fit when the audience needs the location argument on one page, not a platform demo.

Site & Route Evidence Packs suit any buyer who needs a defensible map-and-brief artifact for a committee, a tenant, a client or a listing.

Industrial property leasing

Warehouse, industrial estate and precinct campaigns where a client-ready evidence pack lifts a marketing PDF.

Logistics & warehousing

Warehouse access, port and airport context, depot comparison, catchment constraints and freight route proof.

Ports & infrastructure

Port interfaces, corridors, access constraints, stakeholder packs and funding briefs with annotated evidence.

Tenants & occupiers

Street approach, loading practicality, hardstand, labour catchment and nearby amenity context.

Lanes & pricing

Start with the open lane. Upgrade to premium base maps when the audience or channel needs it.

FAQ

Site & route questions.

What is on the map plates?

Every plate uses licensed base map (OpenStreetMap under ODbL, MapLibre GL or Google Maps Platform depending on the source lane) with our overlay stack — site polygon, route lines, catchment rings, waypoints and callouts. Nothing is baked in without a source note.

Is this a GIS platform?

No. You receive a finished PDF brief and a set of PNG / SVG plates, not a GIS project. If your team needs to keep iterating on layers themselves, we can share the shapefiles / GeoJSON under a separate handover.

How do you check the layers?

Anything shown as a claim — zoning, flood extent, catchment travel time, lease / sale comps — is only rendered when we can point to the source (council layer, dataset, register or provider). Anything we can't source, we don't show.

Can I use it for public advertising?

Yes, provided the base map source lane supports it. OpenStreetMap and licensed premium maps are both public-advertising-safe; certain paid layers have their own rules and are flagged before production.

Turnaround?

Site Snapshot (single site, standard lane): 3–5 business days once intake is complete. Commercial (up to 3 sites or 1 route): 7–10 business days.

Next Step

Send the site or the corridor — we'll shape the pack around the decision.

Tell us the audience, the decision question and any constraints or claims to check. We confirm the source lane and price before production.
