Every pack is checked for source rights, attribution, readability and claim support before delivery. We do not ship unsupported flyovers or raw imagery bundles.
No paid promotional output uses uncleared imagery.

Every visual carries a source ledger and an honest scope.
Paid when the decision needs it
Planet, Maxar, Airbus, tasked capture, aerial data or licensed base maps are quoted separately when the open lane doesn’t support the decision. The pack tells the buyer where the escalation was needed.
Attribution stays visible
Cesium, Google, Copernicus and provider attribution is held in-frame on every visual, plus a source ledger with scene IDs and dates in the deliverable.
Claims are checked
Zoning, flood, comps and other cited claims only appear when we can point to a source. Where a claim can’t be sourced defensibly, we don’t render it.
Usage & licensing
Licensed evidence belongs inside the pack, not as unsupported resale.
Each pack includes usage notes based on the imagery, map layers, datasets and media used in production. Public advertising or investor use should be flagged during intake so the source lane is selected correctly.
- Attribution must remain with delivered assets where required.
- Source datasets may have usage limits — recorded in the pack’s source ledger.
- Google Maps Platform, satellite, aerial or other licensed imagery carries provider terms.
- Premium imagery / API costs are passed through or quoted separately when required.

Common questions.
Is this drone footage?
The core 3D Flythrough product uses Cesium camera paths over Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles — a drone-style sequence over real 3D terrain and buildings. Client-owned drone media can be cut into a flythrough if the rights are confirmed.
Can you use Google Earth?
Not as the default for paid promotional client work. We use Google Maps Platform (3D Tiles / Map Tiles), open geospatial stacks (OSM, MapLibre), Copernicus / Landsat public imagery or client-supplied media, depending on the product and lane.
What is the difference between the open and commercial lanes?
The open lane uses public data (Sentinel-2, Landsat, OSM) with our overlay stack. The commercial lane can add paid archive imagery, premium base maps or licensed layers where the buyer’s decision needs the extra evidence.
Can I use the output in advertising?
Usually yes, but it depends on the source lane and any premium imagery involved. Public advertising must be flagged during intake so the correct source-rights checks are applied before production.
How fast can you deliver?
Site Snapshot: 3-5 business days from intake. Commercial: 7-10 business days. 3D Flythroughs and Board / Investor Packs: quoted after site check.
Do you provide investment, valuation or planning advice?
No. Each pack is a visual and analytical location brief. It can support a commercial decision, but it does not replace valuation, legal, planning, engineering or investment advice.

Where does Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles cover?
Full mesh coverage for major AU cities, most capital and regional centres in developed markets, and progressively more secondary areas. Rural, remote and greenfield sites fall back to satellite-drape terrain; we tell you before scoping.
What resolution do we get?
1080p at 24 or 30 fps as standard. 4K master can be scoped where the delivery channel warrants it.

Is Sentinel-2 enough?
For airports, ports, mines, precincts and corridors: yes. It is not enough for individual truck identification or sub-metre construction verification — that would be a paid tasked capture.
How far back can you go?
Sentinel-2 to 2015, Landsat to the 1980s, VIIRS to 2011. We pick the shortest baseline that supports the decision so the visuals are as sharp as possible.

Is this a GIS platform?
No. You receive a finished PDF brief and a set of PNG / SVG plates, not a GIS project.
How do you check the layers?
Anything shown as a claim — zoning, flood, catchment travel time, comps — is only rendered when we can point to the source. If we can’t source it, we don’t show it.
