Quality Standard
Every pack is checked for source rights, attribution, readability and claim support before delivery. We do not ship unsupported flyovers or raw imagery bundles.
Source & rights posture
Copernicus Sentinel-2 and Landsat cover most satellite work; OpenStreetMap and MapLibre cover most base-map work; Google Maps Platform (3D Tiles / Map Tiles) is used for 3D flythroughs where the site has mesh coverage.
Planet, Maxar, Airbus, tasked capture, aerial data or licensed base maps are quoted separately when the open lane doesn’t support the decision. The pack tells the buyer where the escalation was needed.
Cesium, Google, Copernicus and provider attribution is held in-frame on every visual, plus a source ledger with scene IDs and dates in the deliverable.
Zoning, flood, comps and other cited claims only appear when we can point to a source. Where a claim can’t be sourced defensibly, we don’t render it.
Usage & licensing
Each pack includes usage notes based on the imagery, map layers, datasets and media used in production. Public advertising or investor use should be flagged during intake so the source lane is selected correctly.
FAQ
The core 3D Flythrough product uses Cesium camera paths over Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles — a drone-style sequence over real 3D terrain and buildings. Client-owned drone media can be cut into a flythrough if the rights are confirmed.
Not as the default for paid promotional client work. We use Google Maps Platform (3D Tiles / Map Tiles), open geospatial stacks (OSM, MapLibre), Copernicus / Landsat public imagery or client-supplied media, depending on the product and lane.
The open lane uses public data (Sentinel-2, Landsat, OSM) with our overlay stack. The commercial lane can add paid archive imagery, premium base maps or licensed layers where the buyer’s decision needs the extra evidence.
Usually yes, but it depends on the source lane and any premium imagery involved. Public advertising must be flagged during intake so the correct source-rights checks are applied before production.

No. Each pack is a visual and analytical location brief. It can support a commercial decision, but it does not replace valuation, legal, planning, engineering or investment advice.

Full mesh coverage for major AU cities, most capital and regional centres in developed markets, and progressively more secondary areas. Rural, remote and greenfield sites fall back to satellite-drape terrain; we tell you before scoping.
1080p at 24 or 30 fps as standard. 4K master can be scoped where the delivery channel warrants it.

For airports, ports, mines, precincts and corridors: yes. It is not enough for individual truck identification or sub-metre construction verification — that would be a paid tasked capture.
Sentinel-2 to 2015, Landsat to the 1980s, VIIRS to 2011. We pick the shortest baseline that supports the decision so the visuals are as sharp as possible.
