The pack is designed for commercial communication, with source usage and audience needs handled before delivery.
Is this drone footage?
No. We can use drone footage if you provide it or if it is commissioned/licensed for the job, but the core product is a location intelligence pack: map visuals, route/site context and a concise brief.
Can you use Google Earth?
Not as the default for paid promotional client work. For commercial jobs we use open-source map stacks, licensed imagery, client-supplied media or Google Maps Platform services where appropriate.
What is the difference between open and premium visual lanes?
The open lane uses open map data, public datasets and custom styling. The premium lane can use paid APIs or licensed imagery where the client needs higher realism or board/investor polish.
Can I use the output in advertising?
Usually, but it depends on the source lane and media rights. Public advertising usage must be selected during intake so the correct source-rights checks are applied.
How fast can you deliver?
Snapshot packs are designed for fast turnaround once intake is complete. Commercial and Board / Investor packs depend on scope, source access and premium imagery requirements.
Do you provide investment, valuation or planning advice?
No. The pack is a visual and analytical location brief. It can support a commercial decision, but it does not replace valuation, legal, planning, engineering or investment advice.
